Cooper Industries lowers 4Q earnings outlook (AP via Yahoo! Finance)
Cooper Industries Ltd. on Friday lowered its fourth-quarter earnings outlook as business conditions worsened. The manufacturer of electrical equipment said it expects profit to fall below the previous forecast of 83 cents to 92 cents per share, before restructuring charges.
